Our refund policy is simple and fairLast Updated On 23 September 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for engagements with Mart2Global ("Mart2Global", "we", "us", or "our"), a company serving clients around the world.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or written agreement (“Agreement”).
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
By making a payment to us or engaging our business, you agree to this Policy, subject to your rights under applicable law.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE
We aim to handle payments, cancellations, and refunds fairly and transparently.
The specific cancellation and refund terms for any engagement are primarily governed by the applicable Agreement accepted by you.
Where the Agreement does not address a particular matter, this Policy will apply.
2. CANCELLING AN ENGAGEMENT
● You may request cancellation of an ongoing engagement by contacting us in writing.
● Unless the Agreement states a different notice period, reasonable advance notice should be provided where possible.
● A cancellation request will be effective from the date we receive it, subject to confirmation and the applicable Agreement.
● Work already completed or in progress up to the effective cancellation date remains chargeable.
● We may pause or cancel an engagement if payment is not received as agreed or if we are unable to continue for reasons outside our reasonable control.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be considered, in whole or in part, where:
● We are unable to begin the agreed work within a reasonable time after payment, through no fault of yours.
● An error on our part results in double billing or an incorrect charge.
● You cancel before any work has commenced, subject to any deposit, booking, or other terms in your Agreement.
● A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
● We otherwise agree to provide a refund in writing.
Once work has begun, fees are generally considered earned for the time, work, effort, and resources already committed, and are non-refundable except as provided in this Policy, the Agreement, or applicable law.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following may be non-refundable once incurred or completed:
● Amounts already spent on your behalf with third parties, such as advertising spend, subscriptions, licences, or platform fees.
● Work, deliverables, or milestones already completed and delivered.
● Setup, onboarding, or one-time fees after the corresponding work has started, unless otherwise stated in the Agreement.
● Costs or work affected by delays, changes, incomplete information, missing approvals, or other actions or omissions on your side.
● Losses or costs resulting from third-party platforms, market conditions, or factors outside our reasonable control.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION OR REFUND
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us with:
● Your name and company name.
● Invoice number or engagement details.
● Reason for your request.
● Any relevant supporting information or documents.
We will review the request and inform you of the decision and, where applicable, the next steps within a reasonable time.
6. PROCESSING TIME & METHOD
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a billing or payment concern, we request that you contact us first so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
Where appropriate, we may temporarily suspend ongoing work while a payment dispute or chargeback is being investigated.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to raise a legitimate dispute with your bank, card provider, payment provider, or relevant authority under applicable law.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Policy was last revised.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in an existing Agreement, the updated Policy will apply to engagements entered into after the updated date.
